Affiliate Program 5moda is very simple:

after having registered you will receive a code to build a link with 5moda
choose the link among the various possibilities (hypertextual, search box, window) and publish it on your site
if users register on 5moda from your site and buy something, you will get up to 4% crediting on the net taxable income of the order.

Rates:
- easy: 2% commission up to 2000 euros of sold goods/2 months

- advanced: 3% commission for more than 2000 euors of sold goods/2 months

The commission is calculated on the net of the returned goods, on VAT and on the shipping charges.
The counting of the orders must be done by every single affiliated member that can ask 5moda to be moved to the higher rate.

In order to become an affiliated member of 5moda you simply have to:

- register on our affiliation program
- add links for 5moda on your site

Policy Search Engine Marketing and Keyord Advetising campaigns
The 5moda mark is property of project-5srl and it is protected by Italian and international rules.
Therefore, affiliated members are not allowed to buy the 5moda keyword or related words of the 5moda brand.

The violation of this rule will cause the expulsion of the member from the affiliation program and the elimination of the commissions realized so far. Project-5 S.r.l. reserves also to bring claim to court if damaging activities are done against the image of the society or of its partners.

Prohibited Keyword advertising activities

It is strictly forbidden to perform PPC and GOOGLE campaigns
For the other search engines the following limitations are valid. These keywords in every matching: broad, phrase, advanced, specific, exact, quoted etc.The partner cannot buy the 5moda keyword and misspellings such as 5moda, 5modacom, www5moda, www 5modacom. This list shows only examples and it is not exhaustive.

It is forbidden to insert the 5moda term alone or in a sentence of the advertisings. The term cannot be used in any part of the advertising: title, description, URL and visualization url.
The advertising must be linked to the URL/Web site of the partner and not to 5modaonline. Once the visitor is in the site of the partner, it has to be sent to 5modaonline.com.
"Os" cannot be substituted with zeros in the word "moda" and it will be considered a violation as using the keyword 5moda.
It is forbidden to add the symbols ® , © or TM after 5moda.

Every promotional ad must be approved by project-5 to verify the coherence with its own editorial lines.
